About the Role:Technology Made Easy is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Computer Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining computer systems, smartphones, and related technology for both residential and business clients. You will play a key role in delivering top-notch technical support and maintaining the excellent service standards our customers expect.
Responsibilities:-Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
-Perform virus removal, OS installations, data transfers, and system tune-ups
-Provide support for network setups and troubleshooting (wired/wireless)
-Install and configure software, drivers, and system updates
-Assist customers with basic training and tech questions
-Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
-Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in person and over the phone
-Support IT projects such as VoIP phone setup, surveillance systems, and server/network deployment
-Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:-Proven experience as a computer technician or in a similar technical support role
-Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
-Familiarity with Android and iOS device troubleshooting
-Basic networking skills (routers, firewalls, switches)
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
-A+ Certification or equivalent experience preferred
-Valid driver’s license (some local travel may be required)
